I ordered a 2.4m long underdesk cable tray for collection at the local warehouse. The ordering process was quick and efficient and the price the best online. Local collection from the warehouse was available to avoid delivery charges. I subsequently received an email with the address of the warehouse telling me that the item was available for collection and went to pick it up. On arrival it transpires that the 2.4m versions were not in stock locally and would need to be brought over from east.... Whilst that wasn't particularly impressive, the response of the lady in the warehouse was excellent as she immediately offered two shorter 1.5m units which would cover the required length if I trimmed them down (an easy job). Actually these worked better for my application. Although the cost of two shorter lengths would have been greater, they were offered (without asking) at no extra cost. So all in all a great product, excellent customer service and a very favorable experience all up, despite a minor blip. Would definitely look to buy from Value Office Furniture again.

I had exhausted several other big box home office furniture options when my mum sourced this company for me and I was pleased she did! Some colours and finishes were limited due to the COVID-19 crisis, but they had enough options to find the right study desk for my teenager. Staff answered all my questions with really good product and stock knowledge which is a rarity these days, and delivery was fast. The desk I ordered came with no instructions for assembly, but it wasn't hard to work out and they did say they were there if I needed help. The desk is a simple design of good quality, so it will last much longer than several other brands we were considering.

Delivery Options in Perth

We have a full range of delivery options available to suit your budget, time frame, and handyman experience and abilities. You can pick up your boxed office furniture from our Wangara Perth warehouse, or we can deliver it to your door – usually within 1 to 3 business days. Most of our furniture comes boxed and does require a basic level of assembly. Some office furniture items are available fully assembled for sale – some office chairs, metal storage units, filing cabinets, storage cupboards, etc. These assembled items are clearly described as ‘delivered fully assembled’ in the individual product descriptions on our website.

Both these delivery options are available for selection in our website shopping cart and checkout. Simply select the ‘pick up’ option, or the ‘delivery only’ option.

Ans. Yes. You can pick up your new furniture directly from our warehouse in Wangara, Perth. Select the pickup option at the checkout. You must purchase online, there are no payment facilities at the warehouse.

Ques. How much does shipping cost?

Ans. The one-off delivery cost to Perth Metro areas is $39. Please contact us for a delivery price if you’re outside of Perth Metro area.

Ques. How do I know if the furniture will fit in my office?

Ans. The dimensions of the furniture items are on our website. If you you’re not sure, please email our sales support team at sales@valueofficefurniture.com.au, and we’ll provide as much help as possible.

Ques. Do You Offer Weekend Deliveries in Perth?

Ans. We only deliver Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time due to multiple variables affecting our truck schedules – traffic, roadworks, delays, and so on. We will, however, confirm the delivery date shortly after we receive your order, and our delivery team will call you prior to arrival.
