Ques. Can I pick up from your warehouse in Perth?
Ans. Yes. You can pick up your new furniture directly from our warehouse in Wangara, Perth. Select the pickup option at the checkout. You must purchase online, there are no payment facilities at the warehouse.
Ques. How much does shipping cost?
Ans. The one-off delivery cost to Perth Metro areas is $39. Please contact us for a delivery price if you’re outside of Perth Metro area.
Ques. How do I know if the furniture will fit in my office?
Ans. The dimensions of the furniture items are on our website. If you you’re not sure, please email our sales support team at sales@valueofficefurniture.com.au, and we’ll provide as much help as possible.
Ques. Do You Offer Weekend Deliveries in Perth?
Ans. We only deliver Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time due to multiple variables affecting our truck schedules – traffic, roadworks, delays, and so on. We will, however, confirm the delivery date shortly after we receive your order, and our delivery team will call you prior to arrival.
Ques. How can I check the status of my order?
Ans. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process. We will send you a confirmation email shortly after you place your order, and our delivery driver will call you before they arrive.
